Customer Service- As Told By Disney

Below is an excerpt from The Disney Institute blog that we love. We love it because a) it’s Disney, and b) it’s a reminder that customer service doesn’t have to be difficult or elaborate. If Disney is able to be successful simply by following these steps, there’s no reason why other businesses wouldn’t benefit as well. The holidays are such a stressful time for everyone but one thing we must not lose sight of is building exceptional experiences for our clients.
