Riley is an attorney who handles real estate transactions. He helps people transition from one home to another and makes every effort to see that this process is as smooth and efficient as possible. Riley graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 1997. Right out of law school, Riley worked in a large law firm environment. Ultimately, however, he elected to start his firm in 2004 (the same year his twins were born).
Outside of work, Riley is active, raising three boys with his great wife. He also enjoys tennis, yoga, running, Amelia Island, teaching marathoners how to do a pull-up, and a cold beer.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Lauren moved to Florida in 2013 and began her real estate career in 2016 with Coldwell Banker Vanguard, where she first connected with Riley. She joined Riley’s team in 2019 as a processor, building a strong foundation in title and closing work. After briefly stepping away in 2021, Lauren returned in 2022 to assist with file ordering before officially stepping into the role of Operations Manager in January 2025. With prior experience as a transaction coordinator and a deep understanding of the real estate process, Lauren is passionate about helping people, keeping the business running smoothly, and making sure every buyer and seller has a seamless, stress-free experience.
She is happily married and a proud cat mom to four kitties. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new food spots, and watching movies with her husband.
Kinsey is a third generation Jacksonville native. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Florida before attending Emory University School of Law, where she received her juris doctorate. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2020.
In her free time Kinsey loves watching college football, cheering on the Jags, traveling, and hanging out with her golden retriever Bexley.
Kelly is a native of Miami, Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida before attending the University of Miami School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor. Kelly has been an attorney since 2015 and is committed to making each transaction positive, efficient, and stress-free. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, traveling, reading, and staying active.
Jenny is a south Georgia native and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Criminal Justice and minor in Paralegal Studies. Jenny was a probation officer in Georgia for 10 years after graduating from college, then transitioned into a role as a paralegal and office manager for Clark & Bellamy, PC in Thomasville, GA. Jenny moved to St. Johns in 2009 where she continued her career in real estate as a closer/escrow officer and President of Kendall Title Services, Inc. before joining J. Riley in 2025 as one of our wonderful closers.
In her free time, Jenny loves to fish and go to the beach with her family and labrador Finn.
Sue is an Indiana native and a graduate of Purdue University. Her start in title began sometime in the 90’s, since then she has worked a variety of real estate jobs with lenders and title companies, that include mortgage post-closer, mortgage closer, mortgage processor, mortgage auditor, title post-closer, title processor, and title closer. In her spare time she enjoys camping, hockey and reading.
Ann is a Jacksonville native. She has 20 + years working in the title industry including processing files as well as post-closing. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her 6 beautiful grandchildren . She also loves going to the beach and cheering on the Jags. Although she is a Florida girl, she loves cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
Binta graduated from the University of Central Florida in the spring of 2024, majoring in Human Communications and minoring in Writing & Rhetoric. She assists each team with a variety of tasks while providing administrative support to customers and staff members alike. Jacksonville is her hometown and during her free time, she enjoys reading and spending her day at the library.
Rachel is a Jacksonville, Florida native with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. She has been working professionally in real estate since 2015, with a diverse background that includes roles as a title processor, closing coordinator, post-closer, and transaction coordinator for multiple real estate agents. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, Rachel excels at anticipating needs and preventing last-minute issues to ensure smooth, efficient transactions. Outside of her professional work, she is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys photography, reading, and spending time outdoors.
Molly has been with our firm since 2016. She’s acted in many different roles, from processing, post-closing, accounting, and human resources to supporting our financial department.
Her favorite thing to do in her spare time is go jogging, cook, and spend time with her family at the beach.
Anarrosa is originally from Orlando, Florida and new to Jacksonville. She is usually exploring anything outdoors or on new adventures with her 4-year-old son and husband. She enjoys being outside, playing volleyball, watching movies and being at home but the beach is her happy place.
Taylor graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a double B.S., in real estate and business management. Taylor has been in the real estate industry since 2000 and has been in the title industry since 2012. Taylor is super passionate about assisting realtors in achieving their goals.
She was born and raised in Florida. She has lived in the Jacksonville area since 2012. In her free time, she enjoys bike rides, watching football, hanging with family, and going to Wildcrafters.
With a résumé full of tail wags, soulful stares and impeccable fashion sense (as evidenced by his signature black tie), Tiggy is the heart and soul of the office. His primary responsibilities include boosting team spirits, enforcing mandatory cuddle breaks and keeping a close eye on snack distribution. Known for his knowing smirk and uncanny ability to appear exactly when you need a smile, Tiggy takes his job very seriously.
